Media

I am a sculptor, painter, and printer. Each media allows for a different kind of creative expression, and demands a different type of focus and attention. As a result, I always have several projects going at once. I find that if I remain on one project too long, I lose focus and begin to lose the look of the whole in my thought process.

At that point, I like to begin a new project, return to another project in the same media but at a different stage—or move to an entirely different media. Working this way allows me to keep inspiration alive, the desire to work fresh, and the ability to give each piece the full energy it deserves.
